2003?
Listing Webmaster is a new tool that allows real estate
professionals to publish their listings on the Internet
fast and easy. It retrieves your listings data from
the listing management software you currently use and
publishes these on your website, all in one easy step.

Do
I have to know HTML to use Listing Webmaster?
No. Listing Webmaster takes care of creating all the
webpages for your listings (including HTML files, graphics,
etc.), you don't need to know HTML at all or even buy
and learn complex webpage-editing software like FrontPage
or Dreamweaver.
Is Listing Webmaster easy
to use?
Yes, our software has been designed to be easy and intuitive
for you. In fact, setting up the program takes less
than 5 minutes, a step-by-step guide walks you through
the initial setup. Once you have setup the program for
the first time, all you need to do to set your listings
on the Internet is one click of a button!
How does Listing Webmaster
work?
Listing Webmaster integrates with your listing management
software (Agent 2000, Top Producer, PREP, Online Agent,
AllTrax, CallTrax, Top Dollar), then retreives your
current listings information (including pictures). Based
on your preferences it will generate the HTML pages,
resize pictures, create an index webpage and upload
all files to your website automatically, which your
customers and prospects can see instantly. You can preview
your webpages before transferring them to the Internet,
or you can automate this step. Best of all, it does
all this with just one click!
Can I publish additional
pictures and/or virtual tours with my listings?
Yes you can. Our new 2003 version allows you to insert
additional content for each listing. You can publish
additional property photos, virtual tours, PDF documents,
MS Word documents, links to other web pages, links to
virtual tours, etc.
Can I create webpages
in other languages, (other than English) with Listing
Webmaster?
Currently our set of default templates are all in English,
soon we will include templates in other languages such
as Spanish, German and French. As a Listing Webmaster
customer, you will receive these templates free of charge
when they become available. Alternatively, you may purchase
our Custom Template Design service, we will design a
template that matches your current website's look and

Do I need to have a website
in order to use Listing Webmaster?
Well, in order for other people to see your listings,
you need "space" on the Internet to publish
your pages. This "space" with full time connection
to the Internet is provided by web hosting companies.

Do you support branded
(franchise) versions of Online Agent or Top Producer?
Yes, all branded and non-branded versions of Online
Agent and Top Producer are supported.
I already have a website
and want to keep the same look and feel for my listing

Absolutely! If you don't want to use our extensive collection
of templates, for a small one-time fee our team of professional
