The following questions are answered in this document:
How do I change
my contact information?
You can change your contact information by selecting
"Change settings" in the welcome screen, and
click "Next", then select "Contact info"
on the left hand side.
Is it possible to hide
the address of the listing?
Yes, in the "General settings" section, uncheck
the "Show listing address in generated webpages"
checkbox. Instead of the address, the following text
will appear "Listing details".
Can I preview the webpages
before uploading them to the Internet?
Absolutely! You may uncheck the "Upload generated
files to server automatically" check box in the
"General settings" section. After the pages
have been generated, you will have a chance to see the
generated pages (temporarily saved in your local computer),
by clicking on the "Preview locally" button.
Then, you can upload these to the Internet instantly
by clicking the "Transfer to server" button.
How do I setup Listing
Webmaster to automatically publish the webpages to the
Internet?
From the welcome screen select "Change settings"
and click "Next". The "General settings"
section will be shown, then check the "Upload generated
files to server automatically". Note: To be able
to upload the files to the Internet, you need your "FTP
settings" to be properly configured.
Can I use a separate
FTP program to publish the files to the Internet?
Yes, if you want to upload the files using a separate
FTP program, you can find the generated files in the
program folder under another folder named "Output".
What is the best location
in the web server for the generated files?
When choosing a location on the web server for the generated
files (see"Output folder on server" in the
FTP settings section); the best location would be a
separate folder (directory) for example "listings",
in the root folder of the web server. Note that sometimes
depending on the kind of server these files should be
placed under a different main folder (such as 'www/listings'
or 'html/listings'). Your web hosting company could
provide this information.
